This is a problem that occured on my PC a few days ago .While I playing ,game crashed and a window appeared named "Runtime C++ Error .It was a bit difficult to find a solution at start and none of the forum topics helped me .These are the steps you need to follow so you can solve the problem :
1) First of all ,be sure to have your PC secured and updated .Download Latest Net. Framework at www.microsoft.com
2)If that doesn 't work try out an older version of Net .Framework .
3)Try reinstalling S4 League (that didn 't help me though)
4)Download new Firmware for you modem via Windows Update or manually .
5)This step is the one that helped me get rid of this problem .You need to chamge your Internet Port .To do so ,you also need to know your internet IP .(To find your Internet IP just go to Search and type "CMD" .Then a black window appears .Type there "ipconfig" and you will see your IP.
